GOTGv2 unreleased post-credit scene, Infinity War spoilers, Justice League Dark update and more – Daily News Roundup

May 9, 2017 by admin

INFINITY SPOILERS

We’ve had a few set photos as of late from Avengers: Infinity War, but one that landed online yesterday might give us a big clue to a plot point of the movie. We won’t post it here for those who don’t want to be spoiled, but you can see the image here.

PORTMAN RETURNS

It’s been well known for some time now that Natalie Portman’s Jane Foster won’t be a part of this year’s Thor: Ragnarok, but director Taika Waititi has taken to Instagram to tease a potential return. Read more here.

UNRELEASED VOL. 2

The box office smash Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 certainly upped the ante on post-credit scenes by having five, but director James Gunn has revealed that he wanted a sixth. In an interview with USA Today, Gunn detailed the scene saying it would have involved Gamora, Mantis and the Ravager Gef, who had been injured by Yondu’s arrow earlier in the movie. Find out why it was cut here.

BLADE RUNNER 2049

One of the most anticipated films of the year, Blade Runner 2049 got a brand new trailer last night, and you can watch it here.

THE LOSER’S CLUB

Speaking of trailers, and a new trailer for It was released yesterday. And you can watch that here.

RISE OF THE WARRIOR

Guess what? We’ve got another trailer for you! Here’s the final trailer for Wonder Woman.

DARK

Having announced the new title for Edge of Tomorrow 2 [find out what that is here] and that he’s left the Gambit movie, Doug Liman has also been talking about his venture into the DCEU with Justice League Dark. “I think people will be surprised how character driven and how intimate Justice League Dark is — in kind of a field of bloated comic book movies,” he said. “We’ve found a way to do something that’s actually really personal and small, and that’s my goal. [My new movie] The Wall is about character. The scenario allows me to dive into what I think is… I just love people! I love putting people in crazy situations. For John Constantine, we have an amazing set-up for him for Justice League Dark that’s really human.” Read more here.
