Teresa Palmer and Simon Pegg join Aussie crime thriller Kill Me Three Times

September 18, 2013 by admin

Teresa Palmer (Warm Bodies) and Simon Pegg (The World’s End) have joined the cast of the Aussie crime thriller Kill Me Three Times. Directed by Kriv Stenders (Red Dog) from a script by James McFarland, the film also stars Luke Hemsworth (brother of Chris and Liam), Sullivan Stapleton (Animal Kingdom), Alice Braga (Predators), Bryan Brown (Cocktail) and Callan Mulvey (Zero Dark Thirty).

Kill Me Three Times tells the story of a singer (Braga) in an Australian surfing town who is the thread that binds three tales of murder, blackmail and revenge. Pegg will play an assassin hired by the singer’s husband (Mulvey) and Stapleton is a gambling addict trying to pay off his debts through a life insurance scam masterminded by Palmer. Brown is a corrupt cop and Hemsworth will play a surfer trying to save Braga from her would-be killer. Filming gets underway this week in Perth and Western Australia.
