Coming Soon is reporting that Srdjan Spasojevic, director of the infamous A Serbian Film, is now in pre-production on his next project, a “bizarre, bloody neo-western” entitled Whereout.
The film, which reunites Spasojevic with his A Serbian Film screenwriter Aleksandar Radivojevic, is said to be “a supernatural bare-knuckle oater about a man determined to face mighty powers to protect the woman he loves. Driven onward by the sheer power of his own will, he fights through unknown worlds to defend the small remaining tract of their Utopian paradise. As the unrelenting battle unfolds, so strong is his purpose and so ferocious his resistance that the Universe itself will tremble.”
Whereout is being co-produced by Contra Film and Unearthed Films, and is expecte dot start production soon.
