The Creative Arts Emmys were awards this past weekend ahead of Sunday’s 69th Annual Primtime Emmy Awards, with Netflix’s Stranger Things, HBO’s Westworld and NBC’s Saturday Night Live taking home five gongs apiece, including Guest Actor in a Comedy Series (Dave Chapelle) and Guest Actress in a Comedy Series (Melissa McCarthy). There were also acting honours for Gerald McRaney (This Is Us), Alexis Bledel (The Handmaid’s Tale), Kim Estes (Dicks) and Jane Lynch (Dropping the Soap).
