New trailer for Nightmarchers places the focus on outposts

January 9, 2018 by Andrew Newton

Wyrmbyte Studios have released a new video for their open world, post apocalyptic RPG shooter, Nightmarchers, which shines the spotlight on one of the game’s key gameplay elements, Outposts.  Those wanting a greater insight into how Outposts work can watch the new video below…

Set in the post apocalyptic paradise of the Hawaiian island Oahu Nightmarchers will see players use the ancient magic of the gods to survive.  As players explore the island they will come across outpost settlements owned by other factions.  The most dangerous of these are those owned by the Pig God’s raiders and it is up to the player to clear these particular occupants out using the powers of the spirit world, or if you prefer, good old fashioned guns and grenades.

In the new video we get to see our hero scout out the Hanauma Parking Lot outpost using the Spirit Vision ability which allows players to identify their targets.  Once enemies have been identified it’s time to whip out the old Spirit Bow and take them out with some silent shots.  Also in the video the hero takes to the skies as an owl to discover the Panamax Salvage Site where Kama’s possessed followers attempt to take the hero down.

Leave a comment to let us know what you think of Nightmarchers below…
