May 8, 2026 by Gary Collinson

Kaleidoscope Entertainment has unveiled a trailer, poster and images for Landship, a new World War I survival thriller from writer-director Calum Burn and Tin Hat Productions, the filmmakers behind Lancaster Skies, Spitfire Over Belin and Battle Over Britain.

Taking place during the Battle of Passchendaele in 1917, the film follows a British tank crew who find themselves trapped during an advance across No Man’s Land, leading to a fight against starvation, shellshock and relentless gunfire.

Landship stars Vin Hawke (The Terror), David Dobson (Spitfire Over Berlin), Matthew Canny (Coronation Street) and Jack Sherlock (Hedda). Check out the trailer below…

Set during the 1917 Battle of Passchendaele, a nine-man British MKIV tank crew embarks on a mission to destroy German bunkers. But when they become trapped in a shell crater just yards from enemy lines, they must band together to fight for survival against starvation, shellshock, and relentless enemy fire.

Landship will be released in select UK cinemas on June 26th 2026.
