Neon has shared the first teaser trailer for Hokum, the upcoming supernatural horror from writer-director Damian McCarthy.
The film follows Ohm (Adam Scott), a reclusive novelist who travels to Ireland to scatter his parents ashes, where he stays at a remote inn which is haunted by an ancient witch.
When reclusive novelist Ohm Bauman (Scott) retreats to a remote Irish inn to scatter his parents’ ashes, the staff’s tales of an ancient witch haunting the honeymoon suite take hold of his mind. Soon, disturbing visions and a shocking disappearance draw him into a nightmarish confrontation with the darkest corners of his past.
Hokum arrives in cinemas on May 1st 2026.
