Nicholas Winding Refn has continued to map out his cast for his latest offering The Neon Demon, with the news that Alessandro Nivola has signed on to play a lead role in the film.
Nivola, who recently starred in Selma and A Most Violent Year, will join the project alongside Elle Fanning (Maleficent) and Christina Hendricks (Lost River), who he starred alongside in 2012’s Ginger and Rosa. Nivola is also set to join Bradley Cooper for a London revival of The Elephant Man.
The Neon Demon is set for release in March 2016 and also stars Keanu Reeves (John Wick), Jena Malone (Inherent Vice), Bella Heathcote (Dark Shadows) and Charles Baker (Wild).
