Andrew Howard joins Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. season 3, Chloe Bennet reveals new Quake haircut

July 28, 2015 by Gary Collinson

Deadline is reporting that Andrew Howard (Bates Motel, Hatfields & McCoys) has landed a major recurring role for the third season of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., with the actor set to play Banks, who is described as “an authoritative and intimidating agent.”

The third season of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. started production this week, with Chloe Bennet taking to Instagram to reveal a new haircut for her character Daisy Johnson, a.k.a. Quake…

“The comic book version of Daisy Johnson has very short, Miley Cyrus-esque hair,” Bennet tells People. “We wanted to stay true to the comic book character fans love; I wanted to please them but also make sure there was still some movement and length and sexiness in the hair.”

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. – Director Phil Coulson (Clark Gregg) embarks on a deadly new secret mission to protect the world from new threats in the wake of SHIELD’s wars with Hydra and a rogue faction of Inhumans.

Season three of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is set to premiere on September 29th.
