Ann Pirvu and Robin Dunne to star in rom-com Bee My Love

April 3, 2026 by Ricky Church

With spring now beginning, the Super Channel has announced the premiere date for its romcom film Bee My Love from Precious Metal Productions in their debut film alongside Good Soldier Films. Starring Ann Pirvu (Poly is the New Monogamy) and Robin Dunne (Sullivan’s Crossing), the film will premiere on April 11th in the US and May 15th in Canada and international markets.

Bee My Love follows passionate private chef Hannh Jones (Pirvu) vying for her dream role with a renowned celebrity restaurateur (Kingsley). Along the way, she rediscovers inspiration through her mother’s cherished recipes, the natural sweetness of honey, and an unexpected connection with a struggling beekeeper (Dunne)—who reminds her that the sweetest rewards in life, and in love, are meant to be shared.

Also starring is Emily Alatalo (Crossroad Springs), Romaine Waite (Departure), Neil Whitely (Crossroad Springs), Jessica Tang (Five Nights At Freddy’s Help Wanted) and Brigitte Kingsley (The Art of Christmas). Christopher Giroux (The End of Sex) directs in his feature debut.

The film will be distributed in the US through Nicely Entertainment, which will air it on Great American Family while Super Channel will air it later in Canada and worldwide. Bee My Love is produced by Precious Metal’s Giroux and Pirvu with Kingsley and Andrew Cymeck also producing for Defiant Empire Corp alongside Nicely Entertainment’s Vanessa Shapiro as an executive producer.

“We’re delighted to bring Bee My Love to Canadian audiences,” said Super Channel’s EVP Kim Ball. “With its heartfelt storytelling, charming performances, and uplifting tone, the film is a perfect addition to our spring lineup and reflects the kind of feel-good entertainment our viewers love.”

“We’re delighted to collaborate with Christopher, Ann, and Brigitte on this charming romance. Bee My Love is a heartwarming, feel-good film that’s perfect for spring, and we’re excited to be bringing it to audiences around the world,” Shapiro said.

“Christopher and Ann have crafted something truly special for their first film, and Andrew and I are proud to be part of the team,” Kingsley said. “With Super Channel and Nicely Entertainment supporting the project, we’re in excellent company and look forward to sharing this heartwarming film with the world.”

Bee My Love will premiere on April 11th in the US and May 15th in Canada.
