Eight new character poster have landed online for Guillaume Canet’s live-action adventure-comedy Asterix & Obelix: The Middle Kingdom, featuring Canet as Asterix, Gilles Lellouche as Obelix, Pierre Richard as Panoramix, Vincent Cassel as Julius Caesar, Marion Cotillard as Cleopatra, Jonathan Cohen as Granodemaiz, Zlatan Ibrahimović as Antivirus, and Obelix’s adorable dog Ideafix; check them out below…

 

The only daughter of the Chinese emperor Han Xuandi, escapes from a strict prince and seeks help from the Gauls and the two brave warriors Asterix and Obelix.

Asterix & Obelix: The Middle Kingdom is set for release in 2023.
