It seems that Marvel Studios and the Russo brothers will soon be reassembling Earth’s Mightiest Heroes, as Omega Underground is reporting that reshoots for Avengers 4 will take place this summer in Atlanta and New York City and continue through to September.
While plenty of rumours are swirling around, details on the as-yet-untitled Avengers: Infinity War follow-up are being kept firmly under wraps; we don’t even have a title for the movie yet, although we may have had our first piece of promotional artwork yesterday with an image featuring Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, The Hulk, Hawkeye, Black Widow, Ant-Man, Rocket Raccoon, Nebula and Captain Marvel.
We’ve also had a very brief synopsis, which gives next to nothing away, although a reference to “this reality” may support the theories about the film featuring alternate universes.
As well as the Avengers 4 reshoots, Marvel’s production team will also be busy with the Spider-Man: Homecoming sequel this summer, with a shoot that is expected to last through until December.
