Avengers: Doomsday Hot Toys figure showcases Doctor Doom

July 26, 2026 by Gary Collinson

Following on from yesterday’s Marvel Studios presentation at the San Diego Comic-Con International – where Ryan Gosling was announced as Ghost Rider, and David Jonsson as the new Black Panther – the embargo on merchandising for December’s Avengers: Doomsday has been lifted, and Hot Toys has marked the occasion by unveiling its sixth scale Doctor Doom and Doom’s Throne, giving us our best look yet at the costume for Robert Downey Jr.’s villain in the hotly-anticipated superhero epic. Both pieces are available to pre-order now, and you can check out the official promo images and descriptions below…

Hot Toys is proud to present the 1:6th scale Doctor Doom Collectible Figure. Designed for the most eager collectors, this release ensures fans can get this masterpiece in hand right on the heels of the movie’s theatrical release. You won’t have to wait long to command the master of science and sorcery on your display shelves!

Meticulously crafted based on Doctor Doom’s imposing appearance in Avengers: Doomsday, this figure features a newly developed masked head equipped with separated rolling eyeballs, allowing collectors to adjust his intimidating gaze. His signature armored suit is realized with incredible precision, featuring silver-colored armor pieces over a finely tailored dark green undersuit and a tunic with square grid textured patterns. His majestic dark green hooded cloak features bendable wire for dynamic posing, enhanced by magnetically detachable clasps and a metal material chain.

Ready to unleash devastating magic, Doom comes with an array of interchangeable hands, including a specialized pair of translucent green with black krackle mystic power effect hands. Accessories include a concept-art-inspired magical book, translucent green flame effects that are attachable to his hands, and a specially designed display stand. Bow before Doom and be among the very first to bring the MCU’s greatest threat home!

To perfectly complement the Doctor Doom Sixth Scale Collectible Figure, Sideshow and Hot Toys are thrilled to present the Doom’s Throne Sixth Scale Accessory Collectible! This masterfully crafted collectible accurately recreates the breathtaking architectural design of Doom’s throne as seen in Avengers: Doomsday. Measuring an impressive 33cm tall and 43.5cm wide, this massive piece commands attention. The throne’s brutalist yet elegant design features a towering backrest, a sweeping wide wing base, and cantilevered armrests, perfectly echoing the sovereign’s intimidating aura.

Constructed from vinyl material, the throne boasts a highly realistic stone grain texture that gives it an ancient, monumental weight. Striking a beautiful contrast against the stone finish are finely sculpted and painted gold-colored geometric runic details, hinting at the potent mystic energies at Doom’s command. The throne is complemented by a backdrop that showcases a green stained glass-themed design, transforming your display into a truly immersive throne room diorama. Seat the master of science and sorcery upon his throne and let him reign over your Marvel collection!

Universes collide and the Multiverse Saga begins its final chapter in Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Doomsday. Beloved heroes from three distinct universes will be set on a deadly collision course and ultimately face an existential threat unlike anything they’ve ever encountered. This epic film will lay the foundation for the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Featuring in the cast of Avengers: Doomsday are Robert Downey Jr. (Doctor Doom), Chris Evans (Steve Rogers), Chris Hemsworth (Thor), Vanessa Kirby (Sue Storm/Invisible Woman), Anthony Mackie (Sam Wilson/Captain America), Sebastian Stan (Bucky Barners/Winter Soldier), Letitia Wright (Shuri/Black Panther), Paul Rudd (Scott Lang/Ant-Man), Wyatt Russell (John Walker/US Agent), Tenoch Huerta Mejía (Namor), Ebon Moss-Bachrach (Ben Grimm/The Thing), Simu Liu (Shang-Chi), Florence Pugh (Yelena Belova), Kelsey Grammer (Hank McCoy/Beast), Lewis Pullman (Bob/Sentry), Danny Ramirez (Joaquin Torres/Falcon), Joseph Quinn (Johnny Storm/Human Torch), David Harbour (Alexei Shostakov/Red Guardian), Winston Duke (M’Baku), Hannah John-Kamen (Ava Starr/Ghost), Tom Hiddleston (Loki), Patrick Stewart (Charles Xavier/Professor X), Ian McKellen (Erik Lehnsherr/Magneto), Alan Cumming (Kurt Wagner/Nightcrawler), Rebecca Romijn (Raven Darkholme/Mystique), James Marsden (Scott Summers/Cyclops), Channing Tatum (Remy LeBeau/Gambit), Hayley Atwell (Peggy Carter) and Pedro Pascal (Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic).
