Battle Chasers: Nightwar available now on Nintendo Switch

It’s time for Nintendo Switch players to start out on a great adventure with THQ Nordic’s RPG Battle Chasers: Nightwar.   This new RPG inspired by the classics is available through retail and digitally for £34.99/ $39.99 / €39.99.  THQ Nordic have released a new trailer to celebrate the game’s launch and we have this for you below…

In Battle Chasers: Nightwar players take the role of Gully and lead her and her unlikely band of adventurers through the Lost Continent to find long lost Hero Aramus.  The world is full of randomly generated dungeons to discover, loot to find and rare bosses to fight using a turn based combat mechanic.  Characters have their own unique abilities, perks, items and dungeon skills which can be upgraded plus new equipment can be discovered or crafted.

Battle Chasers: Nightwar is an RPG inspired by the classic console greats, featuring deep dungeon diving, turn-based combat presented in a classic JRPG format, and a rich story driven by exploration of the world. It features classic turn-based combat with a unique overcharge mana system and incredible Battle Bursts.

Players can explore beautiful, randomly-generated dungeons loaded with traps, puzzles, secrets and loot and an overworld peppered with hidden dungeons, rare bosses and randomly appearing friends and foes. Build your adventuring party by choosing three of six available heroes from the classic Battle Chasers comic series, each with unique abilities, perks, items and dungeon skills.
