Ben Affleck’s Batman stunt double says Zack Snyder’s Justice League cut does exist

January 11, 2018 by Samuel Brace

The existence of Zack Snyder’s cut of Justice League has been confirmed by Ben Affleck’s Batman stunt double.

Justice League wasn’t exactly met with rapturous applause upon release, either by critics or paying customers, and this has led many in demanding to see the cut assembled by Zack Snyder before he left the film, being replaced by Joss Whedon.

There have been a number of rumours regarding the apparent Snyder cut with many wanting to see what the film could have looked like if the circumstances were different. Sadly, Snyder had to step away from finishing Justice League after his daughter’s death.

Richard Cetrone, however, may have some good news to fans wanting so dearly to see a different version of the movie. Cetrone was Affleck’s stunt double on both Batman v Superman and Justice League and has revealed to DC Films Universe that the cut does exist:

If the cut really does exist, it would be interesting to see how different Snyder’s take on the movie is compared to what was released in cinemas. Who knows, however, if it would have been any better received.

Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.

Justice League reunites Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice stars Henry Cavill as Superman, Ben Affleck as Batman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Ray Fisher as Cyborg, Jason Momoa as Aquaman, Ezra Miller as The Flash, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth, Diane Lane as Martha Kent, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Connie Nielsen as Queen Hippolyta and Robin Wright as General Antiope alongside J.K. Simmons (Whiplash) as Commissioner Gordon, Amber Heard (The Danish Girl) as Mera and Ciaran Hinds (Game of Thrones) as Steppenwolf.
