May 12, 2021 by Amie Cranswick

Starz has released a poster and trailer for the upcoming comedy series Blindspotting. Set six months after the events of the acclaimed 2018 film of the same name, it follows Ashley (Jasmine Cephas Jones), a woman trying to navigate her chaotic life after her partner and father of her son is incarcerated; take a look here…

“Blindspotting” picks up six months after the film and centres on Ashley, who is nipping at the heels of a middle-class life in Oakland until Miles, her partner of 12 years and father of their son, is suddenly incarcerated, leaving her to navigate a chaotic and humorous existential crisis when she is forced to move in with Miles’ mother and half-sister.

The series is created and produced by Rafael Casal and Daveed Diggs and also stars Benjamin Turner, Candace Nicholas-Lippman, Jaylen Barron, Atticus Woodward, and Helen Hunt.
