Criminals run afoul of AI in trailer for sci-fi thriller Project Dorothy

Gravitas Ventures has released a trailer, poster and images for director George Henry Horton’s sci-fi thriller Project Dorothy.

The film follows two small time criminals as they take refuge in a remote scientific facility following a botched robbery, where they realise that the police are the least of their worries when they unwittingly activate an AI system which is responsible for the death of the building’s former occupants. A pair of small-time criminals narrowly escape the clutches of the police by seeking refuge in an isolated scientific facility. In their attempt to restore power they unwittingly activate an AI system responsible for the demise of its former occupants. The two soon come to the grim realization that their predicament is far more dire than evading law enforcement; they must now confront and thwart an AI entity known as DOROTHY from breaking free into the world.

The cast includes Tim DeZarn, Adam Budron, Olivia Scott, Emily Rafala, George Henry Horton, and Danielle Harris.
