Daisy Ridley to shoot Daddio before Star Wars: Episode IX

October 7, 2017 by Gary Collinson

Variety is reporting that Daisy Ridley has signed on to star in Daddio, a drama from screenwriter Christy Hall (Yours, Isabel, To Quiet the Quiet), which is looking to shoot prior to Ridley’s commitments to Star Wars: Episode IX next summer.

The site reports that Daddio “follows a woman who is picked up by a cab at JFK airport and driven to her apartment in Manhattan. On the way there, the woman and cabdriver begin discussing their past and current relationships and the effects those relationships have had on their lives.”
