Destroy Cthulhu in Feudal Japan in Musashi vs Cthulhu trailer

May 3, 2024 by Andrew Newton

QUByte Interactive and Cyber Rhino Studio have announced they will be releasing their fast-paced action Musashi vs Cthulhu on Xbox One/ Series X/S, Playstation 4/5, Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam on 16th May.  Watch the new release announcement trailer below….

Musashi, the legendary swordsman from feudal Japan, is the victim of a terrible curse that makes him the target for numerous unspeakable warriors when the dark god Cthulhu invades with his hordes of followers. Players will need to fight their way through the hordes of monsters summoned by Cthulhu by targeting the bulging weak spots shown on their body.

Throughout each frantic battle, players will need to pay close attention and hone their reflexes as the monstrous followers of Cthulhu attack from both sides of the screen.  Cthulhu has summoned six different types of enemies that players will need to learn the attacks of and defeat.

Players will also be able to challenge their friends in weekly, monthly and all time leaderboards and see who is the most precise (and coolest) warrior.

Musashi vs Cthulhu features

  • Fast-paced gameplay that will require both great attention and quick reflexes
  • Six different enemies to know, master and destroy
  • Weekly, monthly and all time leaderboards for players to challenge their friends.

Musashi vs Cthulhu arrives on Xbox, Playstation, Nintendo Switch and Steam on 16th May.
