With just month to go Star Wars: Visions Presents – The Ninth Jedi lands on Disney+, a poster and trailer has been released for the upcoming spinoff of the animated anthology series.
Picking up shortly after the events of the events of the shorts “The Ninth Jedi” and “The Ninth Jedi: Child of Hope.”, the series sees Lah Kara continue with her training, as her ragtag crew embark on their quest to find her missing father.
The English dub features the voice talents of Kimiko Glenn (Lah Kara), Andrew Kishino (Juro), Masi Oka (Ethan), Patrick Seitz (Homen), JP Karliak (Gramps), and Simu Liu (Lah Zhima), Feodor Chin (Gennoh), Young Mazino (Nawaam), Chase Sui Wonders (Tafflah), Keone Young (Kwana) and Neil Kaplan returns to voice The Narrator. The original Japanese voice cast includes Chinatsu Akasaki (Lah Kara), Tetsuo Kanao (Juro), Hiromu Mineta (Ethan), Hinata Tadokoro (Homen), Cho (Gramps), Shinichiro Miki (Lah Zhima), with Akio Otsuka returning to voice The Narrator.
Lah Kara continues to train in the ways of the Jedi under Margrave Juro. Kara goes on an epic journey of self-discovery as she and Juro’s small fellowship of Jedi-in-training embark on a quest to save her father.
Star Wars: Visions Presents – The Ninth Jedi premieres on Disney+ on August 5th.
