Evil awakens in creepy new trailer for Lee Cronin’s The Mummy

Fresh from the success of Evil Dead Rise, writer/director Lee Cronin is resurrecting another of the most iconic horror properties of all time with his take on the classic Universal monster, The Mummy, and Warner Bros. has unearthed a new trailer and poster for the film.

Produced by James Wan and Jason Blum, this reimagining stars Jack Reynor (Midsommar), Laia Costa (Victoria), May Calamawy (Moon Knight), Natalie Grace (1923), with Veronica Falcón (Imaginary). Take a look at the creepy new one sheet and terrifying trailer below…

The young daughter of a journalist disappears into the desert without a trace— eight years later, the broken family is shocked when she is returned to them, as what should be a joyful reunion turns into a living nightmare.
