First glimpse of a Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom dinosaur

There have been rumours that the first trailer for J.A.Bayona’s dino-romp sequel, Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, would be attached to The Last Jedi. Until life finds a way and that becomes a reality, we’ll have to settle for this brief glimpse of what appears to be a baby raptor upstaging the returning Chris Pratt, which has been tweeted by the film’s producer, Colin Trevorrow…

It’s not exactly a rippling footprint, with the handheld camera technique appearing to signal that this is simply part of the slow promotional tease from Universal, but we’ll look upon it as a butterfly flapping its wings in Beijing, a sign of bigger things to come.

Welcome to Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.

Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom is set for release on June 22nd, 2018 and sees J.A. Bayona directing a cast that includes franchise veterans Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, BD Wong and Jeff Goldblum alongside newcomers Toby Jones (Captain America: The First Avenger), Rafe Spall (Black Mirror), Justice Smith (The Get Down), Ted Levine (Silence of the Lambs), James Cromwell (The Young Pope), Daniella Pineda (The Detour) and Geraldine Chaplin (A Monster Calls).
