Following its world premiere at the Locarn0 Film Festival earlier this month, Shudder has released a poster and trailer for the horror Bloody Tennis.
The film follows Sophie, a young woman who has been accepted into an elite tennis academy in the south of Europe. She soon begins to realise the school competitive spirit comes with increasingly sinister undercurrents as she questions if she’s willing to lose who she is to become the player she’s always dreamed of.
Written and directed by Nikias Chryssos, the cast includes Sandra Guldberg Kampp, Elina Löwensohn, Tracy Gotoas, Helena Zengel, Zlatko Burić, Lily Taïeb, Juliana Vieira Guerra, Lucie Zhang, and Vincent Romeo. Watch the trailer below…
