Hellboy: The Crooked Man unveils creepy new trailer from Comic-Con

July 28, 2024 by Amie Cranswick

During its presentation at San Diego Comic-Con on Saturday, a creepy new trailer was released for Hellboy: The Crooked Man, the upcoming adaptation of Mike Mignola’s comic book series of the same name, from director Brian Taylor.

The 1950s-set action horror follows Bureau of Paranormal Research and Defense agent Bobbie Jo Song (Adeline Rudolph) as she enlists the help of Hellboy (Jack Kesy) to take down a malevolent being known as the Crooked Man. Watch the trailer below…

From the visionary director, writer, and producer Brian Taylor (Crank, Happy!), this film brings a chilling tale of survival against the forces of darkness. Set in the 1950s, rookie BPRD agent Bobbie Jo Song finds herself in a dire situation when tasked with delivering a spider to the Bureau of Paranormal Research and Defense. She must enlist the help of Hellboy to confront the malevolent Crooked Man, who has returned to Earth to harvest souls for the devil.

The cast of Hellboy: The Crooked Man includes Jack Kesy, Adeline Rudolph, Jefferson White, Leah McNamara, Joseph Marcell, Hannah Margetson, and Martin Bassindale.

Hellboy: The Crooked Man is slated to release later this year.
