Hellmut: The Badass from Hell arriving later this month on PC

Grindstone and developer Volcanicc have announced that their fast paced bullet storm dungeon crawler Hellmut: The Badass from Hell will arrive for PC on GOG on 26th of February and Steam on the 27th.  Console gamers will have to wait a little longer to get their hands on the game.  Check out the trailer below for a taste of how the story begins.

In Hellmut: The Badass from Hell the gates of Hell have been opened and hordes of Demonspawn have swarmed through destroying and consuming everything in their path.  It is up to players to move through randomly generated dungeons destroying these demons.  To help Hellmut on his journey, players will have access to a variety of weapons and various Transformations that provide special abilities; additional Transformations can be unloced by completing the game.

“We’re only a couple of weeks away from the final launch and can’t wait for Hellmut players to engross in the hardcore diabolical action”, said Peter Nagy, CEO of Grindstone. “Don’t let the humorous side of the game fool you as you’ll need to brush up your skills if you want to make it out alive in this intense roguelike experience!”

“We are very grateful to our community for helping us shape Hellmut into one badass dungeon crawler”, said Lukas Sedlak from Volcanicc. “We plan to continue the development even after the official launch on PC and bring the game to more platforms as well as introduce new features.”

Hellmut: The Badass from Hell is available to pre-order from GOG now and will be released on the 26th February with a Steam release on the 27th.
