Hiya Toys bring the Cobra Eel to its G.I. Joe Exquisite Mini Series with new action figure

January 29, 2026 by Gary Collinson

Hiya Toys continues to expand its G.I. Joe Exquisite Mini Series, with the latest reveal announcing that the Cobra Eel coming to the 1/18 scale action figure collection early next year, priced $27.00. Check out the official promotional images and details below…

The Cobra Eel is an elite underwater assault trooper within the Cobra organization, specializing in covert missions across harbors, coastal zones, and restricted aquatic environments. Trained for disciplined execution in high-risk underwater operations, Cobra Eels serve as a key tactical unit responsible for Cobra’s core underwater combat missions.

This EXQUISITE MINI Series G.I.Joe Cobra Eel Action Figure stands approximately 10.5 CM tall and is based on the classic Cobra Eel design from the G.I.Joe series. The figure features the iconic red-and-black combat diving suit with the signature white Cobra insignia on the chest. The fully enclosed diving helmet and compact, form-fitting underwater armor reflect the functional uniform design of Cobra’s professional underwater troops.

In terms of equipment, the Cobra Eel comes with officially inspired underwater combat gear, a scuba backpack(with helmet), harpoon gun, knife, diving fins, and 2x interchangeable hands. These accessories support multiple display options while maintaining detailed sculpted and consistent paint application at the 1/18 scale. The figure also comes with a unique base, simulating a war-torn ground with scattered bullet shells and debris, allowing you to recreate an authentic battlefield atmosphere right in your own home!
