Lionsgate and Saber Interactive have announced that gamers will soon be able to become the Baba Yaga and unleash gun-fu mayhem within the John Wick universe via a AAA single player third-person action game coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, with Keanu Reeves reprising his role as the now-iconic assassin and creative involvement from franchise director Chad Stahelski.
The as-yet-untitled game will feature an original story “set in the John Wick timeline years before the Impossible Task” and promises to incorporate the films’ signature elements, with hard-hitting gun-fu combat system, jaw-dropping camerawork, intense driving experiences, cinematic storytelling, and a bold range of atmospherically immersive environments.” Check out the reveal trailer here…
