Mad Men star Jon Hamm has become the latest addition to the cast of Tag, the upcoming comedy film from New Line Cinema and director Jeff Tomsic (Idiotsitter).
Hamm joins a cast that includes Jeremy Renner (Captain America: Civil War), Ed Helms (Vacation), Jake Johnson (Jurassic World), Hannibal Buress (Baywatch), Rashida Jones (The Office) and Annabelle Wallis (The Mummy). He is set to play “an overachiever, both in high school and in life, who is now a successful businessman.”
Tag is based on a true story from the Wall Street Journal and follows a group of friends who have been playing a no-holds-barred version of the children’s game Tag for the last 30 years.
