IllFonic has announced that their 3v7 multiplayer horror game Killer Klowns From Outer Space: The Game will be arriving on Playstation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC via Steam on 4th June. Based on the cult 80’s movie from MGM, Killer Klowns From Outer Space: The Game is a fresh take on the asymmetrical survival horror genre and its 3v7 player action brings unique, over-the-top horror and comedy to gamers.
Players can either take the role of one of the 3 Killer Klowns or as one of the 7 humans of Crescent Cove (the town in the film that provides the setting for the entertainment). As the Klowns, players can co-operate and use their otherworldy abilities to hunt the humans down and harvest them using some zany weapons. As the hunted humans, players can explore the locations for valuable loot and weapons and fight back or just stay out of their way and survive.
Players of Killer Klowns From Outer Space: The Game will find that the game provides a unique approach to hide-and-seek gameplay, game customisation, PvPvE and dynamic objectives.
The Pre-Order Edition of the game will include one full week of Advance Access, 2 Human cosmetics, 1 Klown character and 1 Klown Skin. There will also be a Deluxe Upgrade which includes 2 Human Costumes, 2 Klown Skins, 1 Movie Klown Skin, a Digital soundtrack and Digital Art Book.
