The film is based on the book of the same name by Majorie Wallace which tells the fascinating true story of the lives of June and Jennifer Gibbons (Letitia Wright and Tamara Lawrence), identical twins who would only communicate with one another; watch the trailer below…

Directed by Agnieszka Smoczynska, The Silent Twins sees Letitia Wright and Tamara Lawrance joined in the cast by Leah Mondesir Simmons, Eva-Arriana Baxter, Jodhi May, Michael Smiley, Nadine Marshall, and Jack Bandeira.
The Silent Twins arrives in cinemas on September 16th.
