Lin Shaye stars in trailer for suspense thriller Room to Rent

A poster and trailer have arrived online for the upcoming suspense thriller Room for Rent. Directed by Tommy Stovall, the film stars Lin Shaye as a lonely widow who becomes dangerously obsessed with her much younger house guest (Oliver Rayon); take a look here…

Lonely widow Joyce rents out a room to make easy money. She meets mysterious drifter Bob and takes him in as a long-term tenant. She becomes obsessed with her much younger guest, making him the object of her deepest romantic fantasies. When a friend’s betrayal derails Joyce’s fantasy world, she seizes control of her own destiny with a deadly mission to finally get what she deserves.

Room for Rent is set for a theatrical release on May 3rd, following by a digital release on May 7th.
