Mario Van Peebles western Outlaw Posse gets a poster and trailer

Quiver Distribution has released a poster and trailer for Outlaw Posse, the upcoming western from director Mario Van Peebles, who also stars as Chief, a man who comes out of hiding to make a claim on stolen gold with the help of a posse of old and new faces.

Joining Mario Van Peebles in the cast are William Mapother, John Carroll Lynch, D.C Young Fly, Mandela Van Peebles, Amber Reign Smith, Neil McDonough, Jake Manley, Allen Payne, Cam Gigandet, M. Emmet Walsh, Edward James Olmos, Cedric the Entertainer and Whoopi Goldberg. Watch the trailer below…

1908. CHIEF (Mario Van Peebles) returns from years of hiding in Mexico to claim stolen gold hidden in the hills of Montana. In his quest, he reunites an ensemble of fresh & familiar faces – together they fight off ANGEL, whose rationale to the gold leaves a trail of deception and dead bodies.

Outlaw Posse arrives in cinemas on March 1st.
