Marvel’s WandaVision leads the most pirated TV shows of 2021

January 6, 2022 by Gary Collinson

The Mandalorian took the unwanted crown in 2020, and Lucasfilm has now passed on the baton to Marvel Studios, whose Disney+ series dominated the list of 2021’s most-pirated TV shows.

According to tracking site Torrent Freak, Marvel’s WandaVision was the most-pirated series across torrent sites last year, with Loki, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Hawkeye and Marvel’s What If…? all also featuring in the top ten, which reads as follows:

  1. Wandavision
  2. Loki
  3. The Witcher
  4. The Falcon and the Winter Soldier
  5. Hawkeye
  6. What If…?
  7. Foundation
  8. Rick and Morty
  9. Arcane
  10. The Wheel of Time

Worthy of note here is the complete absence of The Walking Dead, the once mighty zombie drama series having fallen so far that people aren’t even bothering to steal it any more…
