Netflix unveils trailer for YA Korean horror series If Wishes Could Kill

Netflix has shared a poster and trailer for its first Young Adult-orientated Korean horror series If Wishes Could Kill.

Directed by Park Youn-seo, the series centres on a group of high schoolers who discover a mysterious app called Girigo which grant their wishes, but it comes at a terrifying cost as a countdown to death begins. Check out the trailer below…

“Set at Seorin High School, If Wishes Could Kill follows five friends — Yoo Se-ah (Jeon So-young), Lim Na-ri (Kang Mi-na), Kim Geon-woo (Baek Sun-ho), Kang Ha-joon (Hyun Woo-seok), and Choi Hyeong-wook (Lee Hyo-je) — whose ordinary days are shattered when their wishes start coming true under terrifying conditions.”

If Wishes Could Kill arrives on Netflix on April 24th.
