Lionsgate has shared a new poster and trailer for director John Carney’s (Sing Street) upcoming comedy drama Power Ballad.
The film centres on washed-up wedding singer Rick (Paul Rudd) and fading boyband star Danny (Nick Jonas) who form an unexpected bond after meeting at a gig, but when Danny records one of Rick’s songs without his permission, and reignites his career, Rick sets out to claim recognition for the hit.
Alongside Rudd and Jonas, the cast includes Peter McDonald, Marcella Plunkett, Havana Rose Liu, and Jack Reynor. Watch the trailer below…
