New trailer for Rogue Trooper Redux reveals 5 minutes of gameplay, Nintendo Switch launch date revealed

Rebellion have released a brand new trailer for Rogue Trooper Redux which reveals 5 minutes of fantastic looking gameplay.  Rogue Trooper Redux will be available on the Xbox One, Playstation 4 and PC on the 17th October, Rebellion have also revealed that the game’s release date for the Nintendo Switch will also be the 17th October. This new gameplay trailer, titled ‘101’, showcases the third person action players can expect in the desolate wasteland that is Nu-Earth.  Watch this trailer below…

In Rogue Trooper Redux players are transported into the wastes of Nu-Earth and placed in the boots of the best blue genetically engineered super soldier there is, Rogue.

Rogue Trooper Redux will feature:

• A BAFTA-nominated story that is completely faithful to the Rogue Trooper universe.
• A zarjaz singleplayer campaign that blends stealth, action, cover-based shooting and epic set pieces.
• Gain tactical advice from bio-chip Helm and confuse the enemy with distractions and holodecoys.
• Rogue’s sentient rifle Gunnar can be transformed into a sentry gun, sniper rifle, mortar, missile launcher and more.
• Salvage can be collected to upgrade weapons and order Bagman to manufacture explosives under fire.
• Two intense co-op modes for 2-4 players online.

Rogue Trooper Redux will be available for the Xbox One, Playstation 4, PC and Switch on 17th October.
