Rambo, Braddock and Snake Plissken come to World of Tanks Console

December 16, 2020 by Andrew Newton

Wargaming have started a new season on World of Tanks Console bringing a world of ’80s action to players.  Get ready for a season of content where muscle meets metal, rewards can be earned and where three ‘80s action movie heroes help players become legends.  Watch the new trailer below to see more of the new Action Heroes season…

In this new season, every player is eligible to take part and will be able to earn level points by taking part in multiplayer battles and daily and weekly Challenges.  There are 100 levels to rise up through and plenty of rewards to claim along the way.

Every three levels that players complete they will be able to claim dynamite rewards, these include Silver, new Consumables and the three new Action Heroes Commanders.  These commanders are Colonel James Braddock (Chuck Norris) from Missing in Action who is gained at Level 27,  Snake Plissken (Kurt Russell) from Escape From New York at Level 72, and John Rambo (Sylvester Stallone) from First Blood at Level 90.

Those determined enough to complete Level 100 will gain the Console exclusive tank, the British Tier VIII HMH Huntsman Centurion Medium Tank.  After gaining such a grand selection of prizes players can then continue to get a x2 XP bonus in all battles until the season ends on 26th January 2021.

For players wanting more rewards there is a Season pass available which will reward players at every level, provide Gold and provide the following rewards: exclusive emblems, alternative portraits for the above commanders, the American Tier IX Concept 1b Heavy Tank at Level 75 and the Soviet Tier X Object 268 Version V Tank Destroyer at Level 100.  There’s also an Ultimate Pass available which provides all of the above plus much more.

Braddock, Snake Plissken and John Rambo are waiting to be earned now so get those tanks out the garage and get fighting.
