RoboCop character trailer for Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath

May 25, 2020 by Gary Collinson

The future of law enforcement is coming to the Mortal Kombat franchise this week with the arrival of the Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath expansion, and NetherRealm Studios has released a character trailer which puts the spotlight on guest fighter RoboCop, who is once again voiced by Peter Weller.

Weller of course portrayed Alex Murphy/RoboCop in Paul Verhoeven’s 1987 action classic and its 1990 sequel RoboCop 2, and it will mark the actor’s first outing as the cyborg law enforcer since… well, last year’s KFC commercials. Watch the character trailer here…

In addition to RoboCop, the Aftermath expansion will also add two more characters in Fujin, the God of Wind and brother to Raiden, and Sheeva, the queen of Outworld’s ancient Shokan race, as well as new stages, skins and story content. Watch the official launch trailer here.

Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath is released on May 26th on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and PC.
