Serial killer crime thriller The Execution gets a poster and trailer

Ahead of its digital release later this month, 4 Digital Media has shared a poster and trailer have arrived online for the upcoming crime thriller The Execution.

Loosely based on the brutal murders committed by a Russian serial killer, the film follows a detective as his investigation into the murderer who has evaded the police for a decade turns personal when, despite being caught, the authorities struggle to prove his guilt. Watch the trailer below…

For 10 years the country’s most wanted serial killer has evaded police. Even when he’s finally caught, nobody can prove his guilt. As the manhunt intensifies, the investigation grows increasingly personal between detective and suspect.`

Directed by Lado Kvataniya, the film stars Niko Tavadze, Evgeniy Tkachuk, Daniil Spivakovskiy, and Aglaya Tarasova.

The Execution arrives on digital platforms on May 28th.
