Shrek Special Pack coming to PowerWash Simulator this October

September 21, 2024 by Andrew Newton

FuturLab and Square Enix Collective have announced a new DLC pack for PowerWash Simulator that takes players to the world of Dreamwork’s Shrek will be arriving on PC and consoles on 10th October. The Shrek Special Pack will take players to the fairy tale world of Shrek where they will get the chance to use their hoses to bring Far Far Away back to its former glory.  Watch the new trailer below…

Equipped with their mighty array of power washes, players will be able to clean down some of the iconic locations from the Shrek films, including:

  • Shrek’s Swamp – Someone has covered Shrek’s swamp in glittery goop and it’s up to players to clean it down and make it look like a swamp again. Players can even go inside the house and marvel at the details hidden beneath the pink goo.
  • Duloc – There’s plenty of dirt covering Duloc but some amazing art to be found that has been left behind by artistic knights.
  • Fairy Godmother’s Potion Factory – The Fairy Godmother’s potion empire is all gunked up and players will be able to clean up and see this iconic location from Shrek 2 looking meticulous in every detail.
  • Dragon’s Lair – Dragons like sleeping on a mountain of gold and gems, but they aren’t so shiny anymore. Players will need to get in there, clean up and maybe even spot some great details that Shrek fans will love.
  • Hansel’s Honeymoon Hideaway – The gingerbread cottage is filthy and nobody wants to stay. It’s up to players to make this house look delicious again.

As players travel around these locations and clean up they will receive messages from some familiar faces from the Shrek universe. The fairy tale clean up can also be enjoyed with a friend in co-op or with 5 friends in free play.

Get ready for visiting the world of Shrek with the PowerWash Simulator Shrek Special Pack, coming to PC and consoles on 10th October.
