Mobile dark fantasy RPG SINoALICE has several reasons to celebrate today, firstly it has managed to reach the incredible milestone of 1,000,000 players just two weeks after its global release, secondly they have introduced new chapters to ‘Act of Hatred’ and finally today marks the beginning of the NieR:Automata collaboration event which brings familiar heroes and foes together in a brand new questline.
The NieR:Automata event will run until 6th August and those who log in during this time will receive the special collaboration character 2B/Breaker as a gift. 2B will appear in the present box once players have completed the tutorial.
During the event, players will be able to take part in the following:
- NieR:Automata Collaboration Grimoire: The Puppets’ Feast Pt. 1 – Running until 27th July, this section will come with two intertwining tales connecting two characters and their weapons. Obtaining the weapon Type-4O Blade unlocks A2/Breaker while acquiring the SR weapon No. 7’s Staff will unlock Emil/Cleric.
- Memory of Dolls Scenario – This will be available until 6th August and features an original scenario written by Yoko Taro with voice recordings from Yui Ishikawa (2B) and Kaori Kawabuchi (Simone).
New chapters for Act of Hatred are now available that weaves the tale of the Little Mermaid into the twisted world of SINoALICE, there will also be new chapters available for Snow White and Sleeping Beauty. Players can summon Little Mermaid/Minstrel from the STEP Grimoire: Droplet of Misery, with every summon adventurers progress to the next STEP and are guaranteed an SR item on STEP 5.
