Rebellion has announced the release of Sniper Elite: Resistance, the latest in the Sniper Elite franchise. This latest title in the series is available both physically and digitally, and follows Harry Hawker in an event that runs parallel to the events of Sniper Elite 5. Sniper Elite: Resistance puts players in the role of Harry Hawker, agent of the Special Operations Executive (SOE), who has discovered a terrifying new Wunderwaffe that could guarantee a victory for the Nazis. As mentioned above, this story runs parallel to the events of Sniper Elite 5 but shifts the focus from the generals and soldiers to the hidden war deep within occupied France and far from the front lines.
Players will have optional Kill List targets, multiple infiltration and extractions points, side missions and Propaganda Missions – a new type of challenge where players will need to locate a unique Resistance poster in each level of the campaign to unlock.
