Spider-Man: Homecoming star Laura Harrier has become the latest addition to the cast of Fahrenheit 451, the upcoming HBO movie adaptation of the Ray Bradbury novel.
According to BlackFilm, Harrier will play Mildred “Millie” Montag, the wife to protagonist Montag, played by Michael B. Jordan (Creed). Also featuring in the cast are Michael Shannon (Man of Steel), Sofia Boutella (The Mummy) and Lilly Singh (Bad Moms).
Fahrenheit 451 takes place in a dystopian future where books are outlawed and ‘firemen’ burn any that are found. However, one fireman begins to question his task after learning about a past where people didn’t live in fear, and finds himself having to run for his life as he struggles to regain his humanity.
