Star Wars: Galactic Racer to bring non-stop racing action to gamers in 2026

December 12, 2025 by Andrew Newton

A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away ….. Fuse Games, along with Lucasfilm Games and Secret Mode revealed that their latest title in the beloved Star Wars franchise, Star Wars: Galactic Racer, would be arriving on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC in 2026. Star Wars: Galactic Racer will take players through the lawless Outer Rim as a pilot in an unsanctioned racing league. Watch the official reveal trailer below…

Star Wars: Galactic Racer takes players into The Galactic League, an unsanctioned racing circuit that attracts the galaxy’s best pilots. Only the bravest and boldest of pilots will survive as different classes of repulsorcraft slam, shunt and bump into each other to take down rivals. Each type of repulsorcraft has its own distinct physics and playstyles, and racing environments vary so that no two races ever play the same.

At the heart of the game’s story-driven campaign is Shade, a lone racer who dreams not only of glory, but also of revenge. Standing in his path is Kestar, a ruthless, power-hungry individual with his own plans for the league. For Shade to accomplish his goals, he must forge alliances, outrace his opponents, and become an elite racing pilot. There’s also a competitive multiplayer mode where players can take on others, build their reputation and dominate the league.

Star Wars: Galactic Racer will allow players to customise their build, unlock new abilities on every run, develop their skills, and master their tactics without any complications with the Force or prophecies.
