Swashbuckling MMORPG Ocean Legend arrives on Android and iOS

April 19, 2018 by Andrew Newton

If the excellent Sea of Thieves has made you long to sail the high seas while on the move then you will want to check out Oasis Games’ brand new MMORPG Ocean Legend which has arrived on Android and iOS devices.

Set in the 15th century, Ocean Legend takes players to the high seas for swashbuckling adventure, naval battles, trading and more.  In the 15th century the naval empires of Europe were growing and clashing with each other in the New World.

Players will be able to choose from four different characters and five separate countries for their ocean adventure and will be able to explore the world via Cards of Discovery that will be rewarded after completing a number of side quests.  The Cards of Discovery will cover six categories: History, Theology, Architecture, Art, Biology and Geography with each discovery offering new experiences and challenges.

As nice as it is to kill pirates there is also the option to trade.  Buy goods cheap in Europe of Africa and sell them for a profit in the Americas, however, it will be essential to keep an eye on the trade price which can change every minute.

The game’s single player mode will see players join Columbus and his shipmates on their third expedition, battle pirates and then set out on their own as commander of their own fleet.  If sailing solo isn’t appealing then there is the option to set out with other friends or others online.

Ocean Legend is available now on Google Play and the App Store.
