The Baby in the Basket image gallery offers new look at our gothic horror film

December 29, 2024 by Gary Collinson

2025 is shaping up to be an exciting year for us here at Flickering Myth as we finally unleash our first independent feature film, the gothic horror The Baby in the Basket, which is set for release in the US and the UK on February 17th 2025 (UK DVD pre-orders are available now via Amazon and HMV).

Previously released on our free Patreon (sign up here if you haven’t already – we’re giving away a signed poster at 75 members!), here’s the official gallery of promotional images for the film, showcasing our cast members Amber Doig-Thorne (Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey), Michaela Longden (How to Kill Monsters), Elle O’Hara (Cara), Lisa Riesner (Charlie’s Angels), Nathan Shepka (When Darkness Falls), Annabelle Lanyon (Legend), Maryam d’Abo (The Living Daylights) and Paul Barber (The Full Monty).

A baby in a basket is left on the steps of an isolated monastery on a Scottish island. The nuns take it in, planning to care for it until a storm passes. Soon though, strange and unexplained events begin to happen at the convent.

The Baby in the Basket is produced by Shepka Productions, Flickering Myth and Hidden Ridge Productions in association with Jolliffe Productions and Nerdly UK. It is set for release in the US and the UK on February 17th 2025.
