The classic combo of Kenan and Kel are back in trailer for Good Burger 2

August 22, 2023 by Matt Rodgers

Twenty-six years is a long time to go between burgers, but Kenan Thompson and Kel Mitchell are back serving fast food with their customary greeting of “Welcome to Good Burger, home of the Good Burger. Can we take your order?” in the first teaser for Good Burger 2.

The sequel to the Nickelodeon cult-classic comedy from 1997, Good Burger 2 finds the duo of SNL-alumni Kenan Thompson and Mystery Men‘s Kel Mitchell reuniting for the “new adventures of Ed and Dex”.

Directed by All About Steve and Chalet Girl‘s Phil Traill, the follow-up will also see Carmen Electra (Scary Movie), Jillian Bell (22 Jump Street), and Lil Rel Howery (Get Out) walk through the restaurant doors. Check out the teaser here…

Dexter Reed is down on his luck after another one of his inventions fails. Ed welcomes Dex back to Good Burger with open arms and gives him his old job back. With a new crew working at Good Burger, Dex devises a plan to get back on his feet but unfortunately puts the fate of Good Burger at risk once again.

Good Burger 2 streams on Paramount+ later this year.
