The Penguin featurette delves into Oz Cobb’s villain origin story

Following on from last week’s series premiere [read our review here], Max has shared a new featurette for the DC crime drama series The Penguin, which sees stars Colin Farrell, Deirdre O’Connell, and Rhenzy Feliz, executive producers Matt Reeves, Dylan Clark, and Craig Zobel, and creator Lauren LeFranc discuss the origin story of Oswald ‘Oz’ Cobb; watch it below…

Taking place one week following the events of The Batman, the series explores the rise to power of Oswald “Oz” Cobb/Penguin in Gotham City’s criminal underworld.

Featuring in the cast of The Penguin are Colin Farrell (Oswald Cobblepot), Cristin Milioti (Sofia Falcone), Rhenzy Feliz (Victor Aguilar), Michael Kelly (Johnny Viti), Shohreh Aghdashloo (Nadia Maroni), Deirdre O’Connell (Francis Cobb), Clancy Brown (Salvatore Maroni), James Madio (Milos Grapa), Scott Cohen (Luca Falcone), Michael Zegen (Alberto Falcone), Carmen Ejogo (Eve Karlo), Theo Rossi (Dr. Julian Rush).

The Penguin airs on HBO with new episodes on Sunday.
