There’s hell to pay in trailer for horror The Summoned

Ahead of its VOD release this month, a poster and trailer have arrived online for the upcoming horror The Summoned.

Directed by Mark Meir, the film follows two couples as they are invited to an exclusive self-help retreat, where they discover they have been summoned to settle a supernatural debt made by their ancestors; take a look here, via Bloody Disgusting…

Elijah and his rock star girlfriend Lyn are forced into making the ultimate choice when they and another couple are invited to an exclusive self-help retreat run by the enigmatic Dr. Frost. As Elijah struggles with the emotionally distant Lyn and is tempted by a sensual fellow attendee, he discovers that he’s been summoned to settle a supernatural debt that dates back generations.

The Summoned stars J. Quinton Johnson, Emma Fitzpatrick, Angela Gulner, Salvador Chacon, Frederick Stuart, and Mark Meir.

The Summoned arrived on VOD on July 7th.
