Coming out of last night’s ‘The Giggle’, there’s a new Doctor behind the controls of the TARDIS, and the BBC has released a trailer for the 2023 Doctor Who Christmas Special, ‘The Church on Ruby Road’, which sees Ncuti Gatwa’s Fifteenth Doctor setting out on his first full adventure, while Millie Gibson makes her debut as the Doctor’s newest companion Ruby Sunday. Joining Gatwa and Gibson in the cast of the Christmas Special are Davina McCall as herself, Anita Dobson as Mrs Flood, Michelle Greenidge as Ruby’s mum Carla, and Angela Wynter as Ruby’s grandmother Cherry.
The Doctor Who Christmas Special – The Church on Ruby Road airs on Christmas Day.
